Bristol Pride is being held on The Downs, The nearest postcode is BS9 1JA, and the site entrance is near to the water tower on Stoke Road, just past the top of Whiteladies Road.

If you are able to, then it is a short walk from the city centre. There are also good public transport links, the nearest train station is Clifton Down, and buses 1,2,3, and 4 go from the city centre to the Downs.
With any Pride Supporter Wristbands you can get free bus travel with First Bus in the Bristol Zone on Pride Day.
You will be emailed a travel code to use in the First Bus app for free travel on Pride Day. You will be sent a code this year rather than needing to show your wristband or eticket.
You can still exchange your wristbands in advance at the Pride Hub from the 8th July.

Yes. Wristbands will be available to buy on the gates if you want one.
However, to help with queues and crowd planning, we’re encouraging everyone to get a Supporter Wristband before arriving to ensure entry, whilst also getting great benefits such as discount on drinks and food, free bus travel, and more.
If the festival is at capacity a one-out-one-in policy will be enacted.
Fast Track, Fast Track Day+Night and Super Supporters offer guaranteed anytime entry to the festival, within the festival opening times. (Last entry is 8.30pm)
The parade will gather from 10am in Castle Park, it will then leave at 10.45am. It will go through the city centre ending at the Amphitheatre.
Shuttle buses will be going from this end point up to the Downs or get free travel on the 1,2,3 or 4 bus. See more info about traveling to Pride here.

Bristol Pride is an all ages event, celebrating LGBT+ parents, children, and all other families too.
We have a dedicated Family Area, with craft, special workshops, Story Time and Super Pirates play activites. Visit the Family Area page for timings.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children do not need a wristband, however, if you would like to purchase one to support Pride then you may do so, or you can make a donation on the gates for them or donate online.
With your Pride Supporter Wristband you get free travel all day on First Bus services.
You will be emailed separately with a code to use in the First Bus app on Pride Day. You need to ensure you have the First Bus App downloaded and select Bristol from the Bristol, Bath and The West area selection.
Select Day and then Bristol FirstDay Adult and then ‘checkout’. Here you can enter your Code for your free travel ticket.
Valid all day on Pride Day in the Bristol Zone on any First Bus service.
Lockers are available on site this year. These are bookable via our Wristbands and Ticket booking link and come in a number of sizes including a storage locker, ideal for coats, jumpers and small bags and item boxes for storing things like keys and phones so you don’t lose them at the festival.
You’re welcome to feed freely within the festival site and there are lots of nice grassy shady spots for a baby change.
Guide dogs and Working dogs are welcome, however for anyone with a pet dog, we would strongly advise not bringing them. It will be very hot, busy and noisy for them so please be aware of this before bringing a dog.
If you do decide to bring a dog, they must be on a lead and you will also need to make sure they have enough shade, water, and are cleaned up after – we have a dedicated Dog Waste bin located just outside the accessibility gate (near the Uplift Stage).
Yes, and as we combat single-use plastic we encourage you to bring refillable bottle to fill up at our multiple free water points. Bring an empty reusable bottle to fill up on the day.
You will be allowed to bring sealed bottles of soft drinks onto site as well (but please reuse bottles and recycle them)

If you do need to bring a bag, then Small bags or totes only (please make sure it’s roughly the size of A4).
All bags will be thouroughly searched on entry and this may delay the queues.
No Alcohol can be brought into the festival. This is to comply with our licence to hold the event. Soft drinks need to be sealed.
Food can be brought in with you however do consider supporting the food traders onsite.
No glass is allowed.
To allow for effective bag searches, please do not bring large rucksacks. We suggest a tote bag or a small bag (A4 size).
We have a new dedicated access gate at the south end of the festival near to the main gates which also have accessible gate lanes. There will be new trackway matting linking this gate to the viewing platforms via the mobiloo and community tent.
There will be access volunteers available on the day if you need assistance. There will be an access viewing platform for Mainstage and Cabaret stage with BSL areas front of stage for the Mainstage, Cabaret Stage and Uplift Stage.
BSL Interpreters are on the Main Stage, Circus Tent, Cabaret Stage and Uplift Stage to sign performances. The Mainstage and Cabaret stage will have them inset on the viewing screen.
The site is grass, though it is in good condition this may be something to be aware of for movement, there is track matting from the access gate across the site, via the community tent and to our viewing platforms as well as to the welfare, medics and info point. If you have any issues then our volunteers will be on hand to help.
There are accessible portaloos in every toilet block as well as at viewing platforms. These will be fitted with a radar lock to keep them clean and free for use for disabled people, so please remember to bring yours with you. Our Access Champions will have spares and keys will also be available to purchase from the Info Tent.
There will be a mobiloo accessible toilet with hoist, changing tables and attendants

The Official Bristol Pride Afterparty is happening at the O2 Academy on Frogmore Lane featuring Guilty Pleasures, Jonbers Blone, Dirty Pop, BEEFMINCE, DJ Daddi, dancers, aerial performers and more!

Super Supporter wristbands get free entry to all official Bristol Pride afterparties.

You cannot bring alcohol in with you. You can bring soft drinks must be sealed and unopened. We encourage everyone to bring a reusable water bottle.
No glass is allowed onsite (including reusable water bottles).
We have a zero tolerance on drugs.
Folding camping chairs are OK but if asked to put them away by security you must comply and you cannot sit blocking emergency exits.
No Chinese Lanterns.
No soundsystems.
No BBQs.
No drones, laser pens, selfie sticks
No unofficial high vis jackets.
No potential weapons of any kind.
No fireworks, smoke bombs or flares.
No compressed gas containers.
No air horns.
No item that an Authorised Person considers dangerous, hazardous and/or illegal or that may be used as a weapon or a missile or that may compromise or otherwise interfere with the enjoyment, comfort or safety of (or pose a hazard to) any person or security at the Venue.
No objects bearing trademarks or other kinds of promotional signs and messages (of whatever nature) which we believe are for promotional purposes, except authorised stall holders and sponsors (and any Prohibited Items may be removed, confiscated and/or destroyed even if the item itself is not illegal without compensation at the discretion of any Authorised Person).
