Find out how business and organisations can get involved and support Bristol Pride 2020.
Bristol Pride is a not for profit charity and it’s always great to hear from organisations that want to support Pride to happen.
We don’t get any core funding to put Pride on so we have to raise all the money for the festival ourselves and we couldn’t do it without your support.
If you are interested in ways to support Pride have a look at one of the options below or get in touch to discuss your idea.
From Sponsorship, Brand Activation or Outreach you can reach thousands of people at Pride.
Pride 2019 saw over 40,000 people visiting Pride Day, 18,000 people on the parade and a packed 2 week-long festival of events across Bristol including sell-out theatre and comedy nights and our Film Festival at Watershed.
Our website had an incredible 538,000 page views last year, with over 135,000 unique users. Our Programme had 32,000 online reads with 15,000 copies printed across the South West, London, Brighton, Cardiff and further.
As well as Lead Partnership including our VIP area we also offer Festival Partnership, Supporter Tier and bespoke options. In fact, we have many ways to market your brand and understand that organisations have different needs. Opportunities exist for sponsoring Pride Week events, recruitment packages, marketing consultancy & year-round partnerships with Pride.

Have you got an idea to help fundraise for Pride?
Office-based activities could include quizzes, dress down Fridays, bake sales or raising money with our Pride ribbons. We’re also a registered charity for any budding 10K or Marathon runners or we’re always keen to hear your ideas.
Pride brings thousands of people to the city and this year we are expanding to two weeks of events. Businesses can support us by making donations from featured menu items such as a special Pride Cocktail, Pride-related apparel sales or again just get in touch if you have an idea.
Or perhaps you want to hold a separate fundraising event such as a club night, public quiz or social.
Email us to get in touch to register your fundraising efforts so we can tell people about it or share your ideas to help support Pride to happen or why not take a look at some of our sponsorship options to get the full Pride package of Pride outreach and marketing.
A great way to support Pride is to volunteer.
We’re run by volunteers and are always looking for extra help to make Pride happen.
For 2020 we are particularly looking for those with online skills, volunteers to moderate comments and events and to support our digital and social media platforms.
If you’re an individual or an organisation looking to get your staff involved in supporting the community then visit our Volunteering Page and sign up to help.
If you are a business looking to organise a work community action day or have several members of staff who want to volunteer as a group and want to chat to our Volunteer Coordinator then Get In Touch.
Community is the beating heart of Bristol Pride and our Community Tent is home to amazing LGBT+ charities, support groups, social groups and service providers.
Due to Covid-19 we are creating space within our Pride Day Online broadcast to showcase our community stalls. We are contacting our existing stall holders for now and are not open to new bookings.
Under normal circumstances to be eligible for a stall in you must be a charity, a voluntary organisation, a public sector organisation, a community collective or any type of organisation focused on community interests.
Businesses are not eligible for a stall in the community area but check out our sponsorship options above.
