There are lots of ways to get involved with Bristol Pride. From Sponsorship, EXPO stand and community stalls, Food Traders, Volunteering, Business events, Fundraising events and activities, to simply helping spread the word
Bristol Pride is a not for profit charity and it’s always great to hear from organisations that want to support Pride to happen.
We don’t get any core funding to put Pride on so we have to raise all the money for the festival ourselves and we couldn’t do it without your support.
If you are interested in ways to support Pride have a look at one of the options below or get in touch to discuss your idea.
From Sponsorship, Expo Spaces, Market Stalls, Brand Activation or Outreach you can reach thousands of people at Pride.
Pride 2018 saw over 36,000 people visiting Pride Day, 12,000 people on the parade and a packed 2 week long festival of events across Bristol including sell-out theatre and comedy nights and our Film Festival at Watershed.
Our website had an incredible 280,000 page views last year, with over 80,000 unique users. Our Programme had 23,000 online reads, 15,000 copies printed and distributed and 208,000 online impressions.
As well as Lead Partnership including our VIP area we also offer Festival Partnership, Supporter Tier and bespoke options. In fact we have many ways to market your brand and understand that organisations have different needs. Opportunities exist for sponsoring Pride Week events, recruitment packages, marketing consultancy & year round partnerships with Pride.

An incredible 12,000 people took part in the Bristol Pride Parade in 2018 and this year we’re looking to be bigger, bolder and more visible than ever as we celebrate our 10th Anniversary but also continue to call out prejudice and inequality.
If you are a member of public the Parade is free to enter and you do not need to register. Visit our Parade page for further information
All businesses, organisations, charities and groups do need to register and there is an entry fee of £250 which helps us to cover the costs of security, stewarding and road closures.
For a booking form please Get In Touch and book before May and we will include your company name in the Pride Festival Guide.
Expo stalls at Pride are a great way to engage our wonderful and diverse community. Taking one of our outdoor EXPO spaces offers you the chance to reach new audiences and shout about the great work you or your staff, sign up membership and can be used for brand activation.
Spaces are very limited, cost £650 and include free entry to the Parade and you bring your own 3mx3m gazebo, which can be branded, for maximum visibility in a high footfall area.
Why not consider partnering with the festival which includes EXPO space at the festival as well as advertising in our Festival Guide and social media promotion with our full partnership packages.
Have you got an idea to help fundraise for Pride?
Office-based activities could include quizzes, dress down Fridays, bake sales or raising money with our Pride ribbons. We’re also a registered charity for any budding 10K or Marathon runners or we’re always keen to hear your ideas.
Pride brings thousands of people to the city and this year we are expanding to two weeks of events. Businesses can support us by making donations from featured menu items such as a special Pride Cocktail, Pride-related apparel sales or again just get in touch if you have an idea.
Or perhaps you want to hold a separate fundraising event such as a club night, public quiz or social.
Email us to get in touch to register your fundraising efforts so we can tell people about it or share your ideas to help support Pride to happen or why not take a look at some of our sponsorship options to get the full Pride package of Pride outreach and marketing.
A great way to support Pride is to volunteer.
We’re run by volunteers and are always looking for extra help to make Pride happen.
