Bristol Pride Day attracts over 40,000 people and last year an incredible 25,000 people joined us on the parade march through the city. As well as our packed 2 week-long festival of events across Bristol including sell-out theatre and comedy nights and Queer Vision Film Festival at Watershed there’s plenty to get involved with.
As well as Lead Partnerships including dedicated festival areas we also offer our Festival Partnership and Supporter packages which include entry to our parade, expo space at the festival and online and print engagement opportunities. In fact, we have many ways to market your brand and understand that organisations have different needs. Opportunities exist to support Pride Week events, recruitment packages, marketing consultancy & year-round partnerships with Pride.

An incredible 20,000 people took part in the Bristol Pride Parade and we were thrilled to return to the streets this year.
If you are a member of the public the Parade is free to enter and you do not need to register. Large groups do need to register but entry may still be free for you.
We operate a tiered pricing system for varying sized organisations to help enable smaller organisations to be able to join us. All businesses, organisations, large charities need to register and pay within their price banding to support the parade to happen. We require you to pay in advance of the day to ensure your booking.

Bristol Pride festival runs on the power of volunteers – without your invaluable support, we simply couldn’t do it. There are lots of ways to volunteer at Bristol Pride. Places generally open in Spring. Sign up here to register your interest for 2025, and we will let you know when opportunities become available.

If you are a business looking to organise a work community action day or have several members of staff who want to volunteer as a group and want to chat with our Volunteer Manager then Get In Touch.
Community is the beating heart of Bristol Pride and our Community Area is home to amazing LGBT+ charities, support groups, social groups and service providers.
To be eligible for a stall you must be a charity, a voluntary organisation, a public sector organisation, a community collective or any type of organisation focused on community interests.
Businesses are not eligible for a stall in the community area but check out our sponsorship options here. You may be possible to book one of our very limited number of Expo stalls for those that want a larger, visible space with your own gazebo. There are limited to charities and public sector organisations, and in exceptional cases, businesses.

Attending Bristol Pride is hungry work! We’re always pleased to host a variety of delicious food and drink for everyone to enjoy. We love a big eclectic menu.
If you’re a food trader and want to be at Bristol Pride 2025 applications will open in the Autumn.
Our Market Stall area is located out in the field near the Circus Tent. It’s the perfect place to pick up that perfect Pride Souvenir. From flags to handmade jewellery, unique homeware to clothing, the Market Stall area is the bustling and colourful place to be.
We also have a limited number of Expo stalls for those that are not suitable for a market stall and are limited to charities and public sector organisations, and in exceptional cases, businesses.

Have you got an idea to help fundraise for Pride?
Office-based activities could include quizzes, dress down Fridays, bake sales or raising money with our Pride ribbons. We’re also a registered charity for any budding 10K or marathon runners or we’re always keen to hear your ideas.
You can use our JustGiving page to run fundraisers, raise money, and donate online.
Pride brings thousands of people to the city and this year we are expanding to two weeks of events. Businesses can support us by making donations from featured menu items such as a special Pride Cocktail, Pride-related apparel sales or again just get in touch if you have an idea.
Or perhaps you want to hold a separate fundraising event such as a club night, public quiz or social.
