Come celebrate Pride with the whole family. A great space to relax and celebrate while enjoying the festival atmosphere in a dedicated area filled with play activities. Meet other same sex parents and celebrate your identity or simply have a great day out with all the family.
Junkfish return, bringing outdoor fun and games including circus skills and giant garden games. Kids can have a go at plate spinning, hula hooping or stilt walking, play a game of giant chess or Jenga, or race the balls down our fabulous, recycled Junk Ball Run. As well as Lego, Duplo and Playdough stations you can also get creative with our craft activities where you can make yourself a Pride flag or a pair of colourful wings to wear!
We also welcome back Drag Story Time. A safe space for kids to enjoy LGBT+ stories. Story Time readings will last 30 mins and will be on the hour from 1pm – 4pm.
Avon Gorge & Downs Wildlife Project will also be in attendance with a lovely butterfly and dragonfly workshop as well as lots of information about wildlife in Avon Gorge and on the Downs.
Be sure to check out the youth are for those aged 13-25, the Dance Stage for workshops and performances and the Kids Ball showcases in the Circus Tent at 3.05pm and 4.45pm for the little’uns too.
