Medics
Medics are on hand across the site. There is a First Aid tent located next to the info point by the main gates and is staffed with medical professionals, including doctors, nurses and paramedics, who can provide confidential consultations at any time throughout the duration of the festival.
Welfare
Located next to the First Aid Tent, TTK Welfare will be on hand for wellbeing advice and support. Whether you’re feeling in distress, have over indulged or simply want a place to chill out, away from the crowds, our Welfare Tent is a safe haven for festival attendees. They can also advise on issues including drug and alcohol abuse, safe sex, addiction, exhaustion & domestic issues.
Sensory Calm Space
Diverse UK are joining us again this year with their Sensory Calm Space. They aim to provide a safe, low-level stimulation and recalibration zone for those on the Autistic Spectrum or for those who need a place to have a moment of calm, rather than having to leave the festival. The tent will be located next to medics & welfare.
Water
Water points are located at each toilet block for you to fill your reusable bottles or cups and free drinking water is available across all the festival bars. Bristol water will also be located near the main stage screen for free cold filtered water.
Lost Property
Please hand any lost property into the Info Tent next to the main gate, If you lose anything report it here too it, we get lots handed in! After Pride Day you can email info@bristolpride.co.uk to see if we have your lost property. Lost property will be kept for 2 months before being donated to charity.
Lost Kids
Should you lose them, or they lose you, our lost kids’ team are on hand and based at the welfare tent. Report your lost child to any steward or official immediately and follow their advice.
Lockers and Phone Charging
We have introduced lockers (and phone charging!) to the festival site to help you not lose your valuables! handy for storing keys, phones, jackets, etc. With various sizes available these are bookable in advance via our wristbands & ticket link and located next to our Info Point by the main gates as you come in.
Buses & Shuttles
All wristband holders get free travel on all First Bus Bristol Zone, you’ll be emailed a code in the two weeks prior to Pride Day to enter into the First Bus app for your free ticket. We also run a dedicated Shuttle Bus services from the Amphitheatre (the Parade March finish) to The Downs they run from 11am – 10pm and remain free for wristband holders or they are charged at the First Bus standard single fare.
Pride Day
Pride Day starts with the Parade March which departs Castle Park at 10.45am. The Main Festival is on The Downs which opens at 12 midday. For site and travel information visit our Travel and Stay Page. The site is on the part of The Downs near the Water Tower at the top of Whiteladies Road.
Wristbands
You will be sent an Eticket with a QR code. You will exchange this for your wristband at the festival gates. Use the correct lane for your wristband type (refer to your ticket or the signage on the gates). Please have your QR code downloaded in advance incase of any reception issues and to speed up your entry to the festival. Etickets are valid for free travel. If you want to exchange in advance you can do this from the Pride Hub from Monday 7 July
