Located at The Vestibules in City Hall, College Green (Park Street entrance) hub is a place to pick up a copy of this year’s festival guide, purchase wristbands or exchange prebooked etickets. You can also speak to the team, sign up to volunteer or pick up one of our special Bristol Pride pin badges, available in new flag colourways, pick up Pride flags, ribbons and pronoun badges.

TICKET EXCHANGE
You can come to the exchange your eTickets for wristbands in advance of the festival. You can also exchange wristbands on the gates of the festival. You do not need your wristbands for free bus travel as you will be able to show your eTickets.
