Pride is a protest! We use our voice to amplify, maintain and further LGBTQ+ human rights in Bristol and beyond. The Parade is a bold statement for equality, diversity and inclusion, to celebrate our community and to show that hatred and prejudice have no place in our city, or anywhere. We encourage community groups, charities, public sector organisations and businesses who actively support the community to join us.

2026 Route information coming soon.
Bristol Pride remains a walking parade.
We do not allow vehicles or floats in the parade due to the nature of our route, health and safety and to support reduced city centre emissions.
We do not section the parade and there is no business blocks, everyone joins in together to celebrate as a whole community together.
Route
We gather from 10am in Castle Park and will depart around 10.45am
The route is about 2 miles long and takes just under 1 hour to complete once you have left Castle Park and ends on the harbourside where our shuttle buses will be ready to take you to The Downs. You can also take First Buses from College Green or The Cenotaph stops. (Travel is free on Pride Day with your festival ticket)
Water is not provided on the route however there is a refill fountain on Millennium Square at the end of the parade and many outlets in Bristol participate in the Refill scheme if you have an empty bottle you can fill up with.
If you have access questions you may find the information on our Accessibility Webpage or please Contact Us.
*Political parties have been banned from Bristol Pride since 2023. We took this move to ensure parties truly take action to embed LGBT+ rights into policy, to be there for us all year round, not just at Pride. To fight against the roll back of our rights and to ensure that no parts of our community are left behind.
