SUPPORTER WRISTBANDS AVAILABLE NOW
To make Pride happen and to keep a Pride happening we introduced Pride Supporter Wristbands. A way to support Pride they offer you great money saving rewards. For 2019 we’ve also introduced fast track anytime wristbands for those that might arrive late, or working, and want to get into Pride quickly later in the day.
Wristbands are also a visible identifier of a donation towards Pride (so you don’t keep being asked) and will have use of separate dedicated wristband gate lanes this year.
Please support Pride and buy in advance. Some wristbands are limited in availability.

You’ll get a dedicated pre paid donation lane at the gates of the festival to use and warm fuzzy feelings for the rest of the year knowing you helped make Pride Happen already.
Day wristbands include the whole day festival including headline acts.
Children do not need a separate wristband. They will already benefit from free or discounted bus travel and you need to be 18+ to benefit from the discounts at the bars.
A reminder that those under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult to comply with our event licence. If you are under 16 and want to attend Pride you could consider contacting LGBT+ youth group Freedom Youth.
We believe in making Pride accessible to all, not just those who can afford a high ticket price. We also get some discounts and sponsorship because of our ethos and model.
Bristol Pride is a not for profit charity and every penny form our supporter wristbands goes to make Pride happen.

We believe in making Pride accessible to all, not just those who can afford a high ticket price. We also get some discounts and sponsorship because of our ethos and model. Bristol Pride is a not for profit charity and every penny form our supporter wristbands goes to make Pride happen. Your support, donations and fundraising are what makes Pride happen along with supporting our year-round activity and work as a charity.
We do not get funding to make Pride happen. We could not continue without your support. Pride costs a lot of money, before we even think about artists payments, we have to raise the money to pay for the fees and licence to use the site and then for the stages, marquees, security, fencing, toilets, first aid and even tables and chairs.
Include all the benefits above PLUS they also include entry to the The official Pride afterparty at the O2 Academy and free or discount entry to other official Pride Afterparties.
Pride Day+Night and Super Supporter tickets afterparties are for those over 18 years of age, to comply with the venue licence laws, and ID will be checked. We are hoping to work with some partners to create an event for under 18s.
Day+Night wristbands include all the benefits of Pride Day plus access to our afterparties including:
plus money off entry at partner Pride parties such as B’tch Please at Lakota.
Bristol Pride is a registered charity run by volunteers. We do not get the funding that other Pride festivals of similar size and it makes our job very hard but we passionately believe in keeping Pride an open access event so that no one is excluded from Pride. Pride is our chance to engage each other and wider communities and is your chance to celebrate who you are. You shouldn’t be forced to pay just for being gay but we do need your support.
Please support Pride and buy in advance!
As well as fundraising for us you will also be supporting our chosen charity, this year that is The Albert Kennedy Trust. Pride also works throughout the year with visits to schools, businesses (and who ever will have us) to combat and challenge homophobia, biphobia and transphobia, plus our work to combat hate crime and your donations help fundraising.
Your eTicket is to be exchanged for a festival wristband on Pride Day, at Pride festival events from the 1-14 July or from the Pride Hub which opens in July.
Please ensure you bring ID for wristband exchange as staff may need this for verification.
NO ALCOHOL can be brought into the festival.
This is to comply with police and licence conditions required to hold the event.
There will be extra bars onsite which take card payment. The profits from the bars go back into the Bristol Pride Charity to support Pride to happen.
We have a fair pricing policy and with a Supporter Wristband you will also save 50p on bar prices.
There will be bag searches, to speed up your entry and reduce queues if you don’t need to bring a bag don’t bring one. This policy will be strictly enforced to comply with our licence
