Wristband Terms and Conditions

  • Your eTicket is to be exchanged for a festival wristband on Pride Day, or if you need to exchange in advance then you can do this from the Bristol Pride Hub once open.
  • eTickets will only be issued a week before the event you have purchased for.
  • Please ensure your QR code is downloaded in advance, in case of any signal issues at the gates.
  • Please ensure you bring your ID for wristband exchange as staff may need this for verification.
  • No alcohol is allowed to be brought inside the festival site.
  • No glass of any kind, illegal substances or weapons are allowed.
  • Entry will be refused or you will be removed from the site if you are found with any illegal substances, nitrous oxide, offensive material or any item judged by security staff to pose a risk to yourself or others.
  • Entry to the site will be refused or you will be removed from the site if you are intoxicated, behaving offensively, or violently. We will operate a zero-tolerance policy against any kind of phobia or racism.
  • All people entering the site will be subject to bag searches by trained security staff to enforce the restrictions above.
  • Bars onsite operate a challenge25 policy, please ensure you bring ID with you.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult & may be asked to show proof of age.
  • All lost children (once found) will be taken to the Lost Children’s Point marked on your site map. Please report a lost child immediately to a steward, a member of the Bristol Pride Team or Family Area Team (or anybody with a radio).
  • Entry to the site will be refused or you will be removed from the site for trading goods and services without written express permission from Bristol Pride.
  • We have the right to refuse entry to the site for any reason.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable and broken or removed wristbands will be void.
  • Wristbands are non-refundable once purchased. Refunds will not be given in the event of the lineup change or cancellation of any kind.
  • Wristbands are sold for fundraising purposes, supporting the Bristol Pride charitable organisation, they are not a ticket.
  • Priority entry lanes are in place for wristband holders.
  • Pride Fast Track and Super Supporters are the only wristbands that offer guaranteed entry.
  • Further terms and conditions may be released before the event. We may send you important event updates to the email address supplied during checkout.

  • By purchasing a wristband and attending the Pride Day event, you give your consent to be photographed or filmed. Images and video may be used; to promote other Bristol Pride events, on social media, on the Bristol Pride website and in the press as supplied images. If you have been photographed or filmed by the official Bristol Pride photographers and do not wish your image to be used, please approach them and ask them to delete the image.
  • By purchasing a wristband and supplying your email at checkout, you give consent for us to contact you with any post-event surveys and evaluations.
  • Further terms and conditions may be released before the event. We may send you important event updates to the email address supplied during checkout.
  • Last entry to Pride Day is 8pm
  • Last entry to the O2 academy is 2am
  • Check specific tickets for any guaranteed entry deadlines

All bars onsite will be cashless, so please ensure you are able to pay on card or Apple / Google Pay before entering to site.
