To coincide with Trans Day of Visibility, Queer Vision, Switch and 20th Century Flicks are teaming up to host a special Megascreen showing of ‘I Saw The TV Glow’, directed by Jane Schoenbrun.
Set in the 90s, the film follows two teenagers drawn together by a mysterious late-night TV show. What starts as a shared obsession – fan theories, midnight viewing sessions, monster-of-the-week villains – slowly becomes something more other-worldly. As the show’s mythology starts bleeding into their real lives, the line between screen and reality begins to blur.
On either side of the main feature, we’ll also take a bite out of a couple episodes from a classic late-90s hit that staked its claim in pop-culture history.
All profits from this screening will be donated to Trans+ charities.
