In partnership with Bristol Pride, Nicky Ebbage and St George’s Bristol present the Bristol Trans Portraits Exhibition.
Founded in 2020, the project uses photography to document and empower the transgender community and aims to foster better understanding amongst those who have perhaps never met a trans person.
This exhibition is a wonderful opportunity to see pieces from the Bristol Trans Portraits project within the beautiful, creative space of St George’s Bristol. Nicky’s portraits present a realistic image of who transgender and non-binary people actually are, and the interviews that accompany them give each participant a platform to talk about their own experiences.
