We’re having a watch party!
Join us for a very festive afternoon with the first LGBT+ holiday rom-com “Happiest Season”, directed by Clea Duvall and starring Kristen Stewart & Mackenzie Davis. Gather your snacks, pop on your best Christmas jumper, maybe even pour yourself a little sherry and settle down.
4 pm: Join Queer Vision’s Jo Kimber for an introduction with a potted history of lesbian representation in cinema up to this moment.
4.15 pm: Turn the lights down and hit play*!
6 pm: We’ll get back together where Jo & Rebecca Ballard of Queer Vision will discuss the film and share your responses. Even if you’ve already seen the film, we encourage you to join the conversation & tell us what you thought.
The event will finish at 6.30 pm.

Jo is a producer and writer based in Bristol. She has had an interest in queer representation in arts and culture since she stole her mum’s copy of Joanna Trollope’s ‘A Village Affair’ when she was 13 on a family camping holiday in France.
