Wellbeing Chillout Area

A space for some festival mindfulness and a chillout

Introduced in 2019 this is a space to chill and relax this is a mindful oasis at the heart of Pride.

It’s vitally important that we look after our mental health and this is a space to learn some techniques and tips to look after yourself.

There will be yoga taster session at 2pm thanks to Leonie from yogaloni

Leonie (they/them) is a queer yoga facilitator and community worker based in Bristol. Leonie’s offerings are centred around making yoga a welcoming & lighthearted space for self-enquiry and healing. They are also a co-founding Director of Bristol Yoga Roots Project, a social enterprise working to bring trauma-informed yoga to marginalised communities in Bristol. 
Leonie will be offering a gentle yoga class for Pride to celebrate every body, just as you are. 

This is also a space to chillout, a space for those that want to escape sensory overload or just to take a breather. It’s also our new home for the Older People’s group at Pride. Be sure to also check out the Silent Disco in the Circus tent from 6pm for a liberating experience which is inclusive and has been shown to help support those with social anxiety.
