A space for some festival mindfulness and a chillout
Introduced in 2019 this is a space to chill and relax this is a mindful oasis at the heart of Pride.
It’s vitally important that we look after our mental health and this is a space to learn some techniques and tips to look after yourself.
There will be yoga taster session at 2pm thanks to Leonie from yogaloni
This is also a space to chillout, a space for those that want to escape sensory overload or just to take a breather. It’s also our new home for the Older People’s group at Pride. Be sure to also check out the Silent Disco in the Circus tent from 6pm for a liberating experience which is inclusive and has been shown to help support those with social anxiety.
