Chef is creating something very special – Asian BBQ fusion with all the trimmings as we pull out all the stops to bring you something a little different to celebrate Pride being only 1 week away! (eep!) You will be able to get information on Pride Week events as well as tickets from the team with no booking fee.

Pork Lettuce Cups
Spiced pork mince, flavoured with kaffir lime leaves, sesame oil & oyster sauce, topped with toasted jasmine rice, fried shallots and julienne chilli.
Chicken Satay Skewers
Succulent Chicken breast skewers marinated with turmeric, lemongrass and peanut powder, served with lime pickled pineapple and sweet peanut sauce
Peanut sauce noodle salad (V)
Egg noodles, New Jersey potatoes, beansprouts, diced red pepper & cucumber, hard-boiled egg, topped with a mildly spiced sweet peanut sauce and fried shallots.
